Current Funding Opportunities from Idaho Humanities Council

Teachers looking to fund humanities projects or programs in 2024 can now apply for grant opportunities from the Idaho Humanities Council:

The Idaho Humanities Council's Spring 2024 Major Grant application is now open. Guidelines are available here. A draft application is due December 15, and the final application is due January 15

The next round of K-12 grants are due December 1. These grants are open to educators, schools and nonprofits or organizations with an emphasis on K-12 educators. The grants can provide funding for humanities-related field trips, teacher workshops, book purchases or conference attendance costs.

Action grants and Humanities for All grants are open all year, and are due for review on the 1st of every month. With award sizes of up to $1,000 and a quick turnaround of two weeks, these grants provide support for public humanities projects and programs.
