Gaggle Student Email

For Students:

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, your teacher or administrator can reset your password for you. For security purposes no one can view your current password. You may also change your password by clicking on the “Forgot your password” link on our login page. After entering your email address and the verification text, instructions on how to reset your password are sent to your teacher or to your outside email address if you have an outside address registered with Gaggle.

I can’t log in to my account. It says my login is invalid. Can you help me log in?

Are you using a custom domain? If your school email address is something other than “,” you should try putting in your entire address in the User Name field on our home page. If you have forgotten your password, you will need to ask a teacher to reset it for you. For security reasons, Gaggle cannot give out or reset passwords for students.

Who can read my email?

Your school administrators and teachers will have access to your Gaggle account. Additionally, if your District offers Parent Accounts your parents may also have access to your account. Use good judgment. You are expected to follow your school's Acceptable Use Policy.

Why do messages get blocked?

Gaggle is a safe, controlled environment and your email is filtered for inappropriate content. Messages will get blocked for various reasons depending on the settings that have been instituted by your school. The most common reasons for blocked messages are inappropriate text, inappropriate pictures, or whether the message is being sent/received from an unacceptable domain. Schools can also set up rules on how many messages can be sent a day or restrict how many people can be sent an individual email. Talk to your teacher to find out more information on the rules set up at your school.

What are my email limitations?

The limitations on your email are specified by your school district. For detailed information on your school’s policies please contact your administrator.
