Please bring your child with you. 

The school nursewill be here to go over questions about immunizations.

She will also beoffering immunizations on site.

We will havevision and hearing screenings, speech and language assessments

and a briefscreening by one of our five kindergarten teachers. 

Each child willreceive a free book, early literacy information,

games and readingactivities. 

Children must be 5 years old by September 1, 2022. 

An original state birth certificate isrequired; however, we will also accept a valid passport.  We do not acceptsouvenir certificates that come from the hospital.  If you do not have an original birthcertificate for your child, you will need to obtain one prior to September 7,2022 by contacting the Department of Vital Statistics in the state in whichyour child was born.

Immunizations

A copyof your child’s complete immunization records must be brought with you.
